Care Assistant Induction

We make sure you have the knowledge to confidently provide the best possible care for the people we support.

Your induction starts with core courses about delivering nursing home care. The care assistant training is taught via e-learning as well as face-to-face sessions. You will get to know what is expected of you and what good care and support look like.

Once you start work at your service you'll have a full local induction about your location and the person you're supporting. Plus you will get to know your team. In the early weeks and months, you'll carry on learning more of the skills and knowledge you'll need.
